Design unique traits, voice, and memory. We notify you when your Custom Companion is ready (≈30 minutes).
Press and hold the HOME button to mute Euvola. The light ring shifts to a red pulse to confirm the mic is off.
Move to a new network without factory reset.
Ensure your router is on and the device is within range. Euvola supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
The QR code only appears after the device successfully joins a valid Wi-Fi network. Check your Wi-Fi password or try connecting to another available network.
Most Custom Companion builds finish within 30 minutes. You’ll receive a push notification and email when it is ready.
Press and hold the power button until the options menu appears, then select Reset. Local personalization clears; cloud data remains.
