EUVOLA SETUP GUIDE

Set up Euvola,step by step

You will need your Euvola, a phone, and a reliable home Wi-Fi connection.

Have these ready

01

Your Euvola

Choose a stable, well-ventilated spot with a strong Wi-Fi signal and a nearby outlet.

02

The included cable

The box includes a USB-A to USB-C charging cable.

03

A power adapter

A power adapter is not included. Use one that matches the requirements printed on the device label and accepts USB-A.

04

A phone

You will use it to install the Euvola App, sign in, and scan the pairing code.

05

Home Wi-Fi

Have the network name and password ready. Core conversation and memory features require an internet connection.

INITIAL SETUP

Complete these four steps in order

Do not skip ahead. Move on only after you see the success check for the current step.

01

Connect power and install the Euvola App

Start the on-device guide, then get your account ready on your phone.

On Euvola

  1. 1Connect the USB-C end of the included cable to Euvola and the USB-A end to your power adapter.
  2. 2Turn Euvola on and wait for the App download QR code to appear.
  3. 3After the App is installed and you are signed in, return to Euvola and press the HOME button once.

On your phone

  1. 1Scan the download code with your phone camera, or use one of the official store links below.
  2. 2Install the Euvola App, then create an account or sign in.
  3. 3Leave the App open and keep your phone near Euvola.

You are ready to continue when

The Wi-Fi selection screen appears on Euvola.

Keep in mind

One account currently supports one paired Euvola. After setup, keep the device powered on and plugged in for normal use.

02

Connect Euvola to home Wi-Fi

Enter Wi-Fi details on the Euvola screen. You do not need to look for a Euvola hotspot in your phone settings.

On Euvola

  1. 1Choose your home Wi-Fi network on screen.
  2. 2Enter the Wi-Fi password carefully and confirm.
  3. 3Keep Euvola powered on while it connects.

On your phone

  1. 1Stay signed in to the Euvola App.
  2. 2If the App asks for local network access, allow it so pairing can continue.

You are ready to continue when

A device-pairing QR code appears automatically on the Euvola screen.

Keep in mind

The pairing code appears only after Euvola is online. Do not guess compatibility from a network name marked 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz; use a network the device can see and join successfully.

03

Pair the device in the App

This links the Euvola in front of you to your account.

On Euvola

  1. 1Keep the full pairing code visible on screen.
  2. 2Move the screen away from strong reflections if the code is hard to scan.

On your phone

  1. 1Open Devices in the Euvola App and choose Bind Device.
  2. 2Allow camera access, then fit the full code inside the scanner frame.
  3. 3Keep both devices online until the App confirms pairing.

You are ready to continue when

Euvola appears in the App and shows as online or ready for Companion selection.

Keep in mind

A factory reset does not unpair the account. If the device says already bound, remove it from the original account before pairing it again.

04

Choose an official Companion and start talking

Use an official Companion first to confirm that the full setup works. You can create a custom Companion later.

On Euvola

  1. 1Wait for the selected Companion to appear on screen.
  2. 2Face Euvola and say one complete sentence in your normal speaking voice.
  3. 3If there is no reply, check that the microphone is not muted with a steady red light.

On your phone

  1. 1Open Companions, choose an official Companion, and activate it.
  2. 2Confirm the device is online, then return to Euvola to talk.
  3. 3After the test works, create a custom Companion if you wish.

You are ready to continue when

Your Companion appears and completes at least one spoken exchange with you.

Keep in mind

Conversation happens on the Euvola device. The App is mainly for setup, pairing, device settings, and Companion management.

Four useful checks after setup

01

Choose a permanent spot

Use a stable, ventilated place with reliable Wi-Fi and nearby power. Keep Euvola plugged in; the battery is intended for several hours of backup use.

02

Set volume and light level

Adjust speaker volume and light-ring brightness from the device page in the App.

03

Try microphone mute once

Press and hold HOME until the red light stays on. Press and hold again to resume listening.

04

Then create a custom Companion

Confirm an official Companion works first. Only upload photos and voice samples you have permission to use.

Device and button reference

The black panel above the screen is a presence sensor, not a camera.

Start with the symptom you can see

Work on the current step first. A factory reset should not be your first response.

01Euvola does not respond after I connect power
Check that USB-C is fully seated in Euvola and USB-A is connected to a powered adapter. The adapter is not included. Use one that meets the requirements on the device label. If nothing changes, photograph the adapter label and device state before contacting support.
02My Wi-Fi is missing, or the password keeps failing
Confirm the router is online and the password is correct, then move Euvola closer and refresh the network list. Network behavior can vary, so do not rely only on a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz label. Note the router model and network type if you need support.
03Wi-Fi connected, but no pairing code appeared
Leave Euvola powered on for a moment. If it remains on the network screen, select the network again and re-enter the password. Take a photo of the screen so support can distinguish a network issue from a firmware state.
04The App cannot scan the code on Euvola
Allow camera access, keep the full code inside the scanner frame, and reduce screen glare. Clean the phone camera lens and move the phone slightly farther away before trying again.
05Setup or pairing keeps starting over
Update the Euvola App and reopen it. Avoid repeated factory resets. Record the App version, screen state, and network type, then send screenshots or a short video to support.
06The device says already bound
Sign in to the account that previously paired this Euvola and remove or unpair the device there. Then choose Bind Device from the new account. A factory reset alone does not remove account pairing.

Five common setup and everyday-use questions

Do I need the Euvola App?

Yes. The App handles initial setup, sign-in, device pairing, Companion management, device settings, and updates. Everyday voice conversation happens on Euvola itself.

Is a power adapter included?

No. The box includes Euvola, a USB-A to USB-C cable, and a quick-start card. Use a power adapter that meets the requirements printed on the device label.

Should I turn Euvola off every day? How long does the battery last?

There is no need to shut it down each day. Keep it plugged in at its regular location. The built-in battery lasts several hours and is intended for short moves or temporary outages; actual time varies with volume, brightness, and use.

Is the black area at the top a camera?

No. Euvola has no camera. The top area is a presence sensor that can tell when someone is nearby; it does not take photos, record video, or identify faces.

Does a factory reset delete my Companion and memories?

Your Companion and core account data are linked to your account, not stored only on one device. A reset requires setup and pairing again, but does not unpair the account. Contact support if your data does not return as expected.
